A Journey of Service

There are many milestones in our lifetime we will achieve, but none that compare to serving God and those in need. We rejoice in our Lord God Almighty for allowing us to give birth to a dream that had been in our hearts for many years. Growing up in a Christian home, as a pastor's daughter, I saw the true meaning of serving whole-heartedly to those less fortunate without expecting anything in return. I remember telling my parents that one day I would have the resources to help the homeless get rehabilitated, plant buildings to provide a better life for underprivileged communities, and see the live's of widows and orphans transform by the power of God all over the world.

In late 2015, God pulled me away from the secular work-force to place me in his. I will admit, I felt very unqualified and nervous, but if God was with me, then who could be against me. I held onto the words from the Book of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." I knew this journey wouldn't be easy, but not impossible, so I believed my calling and trusted God. I humbly told him to take all of me and do with me and my family as he pleased.

He revealed a vision for us to start planting seeds of hope in my community, as he prepared me to take me into the first border, Tijuana. He opened my eyes and heart to prepare me for a journey of service. He gave me a heart like his, connected me to a world beyond borders and started opening doors where I least expected. Its been 3 years now, and we currently serve 5 borders, United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Israel and Honduras. I keep learning every day, trusting and believing in what God placed for me to administer in this world. I pray we continue expanding into new borders and reaching the hurt, broken, needy, oppressed, distressed so we can see the power of God transform their lives through this ministry. I thank the Lord for allowing me to travel with my family and for blessing me with a supportive husband. I encourage you to follow us and become a beacon of hope!
